To all those who are so concerned about their weight when they step on the scale, watch this!

I suggest muting this, unless you can stand the sound of gulping.

This is a reminder for me!

This is awesome. This is also why I don’t really use the scale a lot, I like to use measurements. Especially if you keep in mind the muscle to fat ratio. How muscle is much smaller than fat even if it weighs the same. Scales are stupid, punch them and walk away :)
